Our factories are subject to very strict quality control to ensure the best possible delivery. During production, the countertops are continuously inspected for defects and flaws. All sinks are approved with signatures from three different people before they leave the factory.

With our own factories and strong partners, we have control over the entire process, from production to the end customer.

Delivery using our own vehicles allows us to bring the materials directly into the construction site. We make the installer’s job easier, ensure proper storage, and minimize the risk of damage during transport. If you’re ordering for prefabricated homes, this service is free of charge. 

We’re always here to help. We respond to all complaints within 48 hours, so you’ll always know the status of your case. 

If the defect is our responsibility, all standard sinks will be replaced immediately so the customer does not have to wait. In the case of custom sinks, the process will be arranged individually with our service department.
